Skoda reveals new Fiesta rival, with claims of better economy and personalisation
In other words, it’s Skoda’s attempt at injecting a little character and ‘emotion’ into its Fiesta-rivalling little supermini. Though it’s not that little anymore.
The new Fab, based on VW’s flexible MQB architecture, is nine centimetres wider than the car it replaces, but some three centimetres lower and a fraction shorter than the car it replaces. That should go some way to providing at least a hint of the sportiness the brand promises is inherent in the car’s styling DNA. [x]
